A second-generation real estate professional, Carolina began her real estate career at her family's real estate development firm while going through college. Realizing her passion for the business, she immersed herself within both residential and commercial transactions, attaining vast experience and expert knowledge on the processes involved to make a successful sale.

Concentrating her efforts within the condominium market, she began successfully selling projects along illustrious Brickell Avenue and her business skyrocketed. Appointed Sales and Marketing Director for one of the buildings, Carolina was soon recruited to represent a commercial development company to lease a mid-size office building in Downtown Miami. After successfully completing this task in an impressive timeframe, she then focused her sales on other well-known projects throughout Miami, including The Ocean Club in Key Biscayne where she was responsible for over $100 Million in sales.

With over 30 years of extensive experience within both the residential and commercial markets, she is a powerhouse resource and a market expert for buyers, sellers and investors alike.
