Diana Carulla is a Broker Associate real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in South Beach condo sales. Diana has specialized in working with the developers on South Beach since the 1994 opening of the Portofino Tower preconstruction sales, and then Continuum on South Beach sales for Continuum South Tower and Continuum North Tower projects. Working as one of the developer's representatives in selling and closing all deals, Diana has been dedicated in exclusively representing the developers in carrying out each transaction sale from beginning of preconstruction’s 1st deposit, to the final detailed stages of closing all the deals at the completion of the projects with each client.
Diana specializes in luxury condo sales throughout South Beach and the Miami Beach areas for the high end investor, the end user, or the luxury vacation home seekers.
Based in Zilbert's new Continuum location, Diana offers services to all foreign and local buyers. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and has detailed expertise in the luxury condo market.
