President and CEO

Mark Zilbert is the President of Brown Harris Stevens Zilbert.  He also serves as the firm's Managing Broker. Brown Harris Stevens Zilbert is a successful Miami Beach-based real estate brokerage firm, specializing in luxury, waterfront condos and homes throughout Southern Florida.  It covers an area that includes Miami Beach, Miami, Coral Gables, Bal Harbour and many other beach cities.  The company holds a record for the highest condo sale in Southern Florida history, selling a penthouse at The Setai in Miami Beach in January, 2014 for $27M. 

Mr. Zilbert founded Zilbert Realty Group in 2003, which joined forces with New York based Brown Harris Stevens in 2015, and now employs an elite team of 30 highly-skilled sales associates who speak multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and German. The company's award-winning website (Zilbert.com) is visited by over 50,000 people each month, making it one of the most-used real estate websites in the Miami area.

The sales associates of Brown Harris Stevens Zilbert have recorded above-average sales in many of Miami Beach's top condo towers, including Continuum, Apogee, Portofino Tower, Murano at Portofino, Murano Grande, ICON South Beach, The Setai and many others. The team's expertise and knowledge of condos extend to about 130 condos in the greater Miami area.

Mark Zilbert was born in Montreal, Quebec (Canada), and spent many years in project management, then sales of emerging technology products. In the late 1990's, Mr. Zilbert turned his focus to web and internet strategy, and learned how to integrate web technologies into otherwise traditional business models. So, in 2003 when Mr. Zilbert started his real estate career, technology played an important part in establishing a web-based real estate practice. Today, Zilbert's company combines the web with his traditional real estate practice services, to offer customers the ability to interact with the Zilbert team in the ways that are most convenient for them.  The company also offers the Zilbert Realty Store, a retail-like shopping experience for buyers and sellers of luxury properties.  The store is located in Miami Beach.
