Juan Alvarez is a Multicultural Industrial Engineer with a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University where he is currently enrolled in the Master of Science program (MSF) with scheduled completion of December 2016. Originally from Colombia, Juan moved to EEUU in 2003 and worked in the fast pace and ever changing IT-Telecom industry as Project Manager with proven track / record delivering complex and innovative projects and decided to switch to his real passion: Real Estate.
