Saad Hamdan, a Miami-Dade resident since 1987 and a graduate of the University of Miami, is a multi-talented, award-winning sales professional. After a productive career in the aviation and telecom industries, Saad set his sights on another equally rewarding career in the mid 90’s: real estate.
Saad achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration. He also holds a Real Estate Broker certification by the Florida Department of Professional Regulation.
Through rigorous academic training, practical experience and aided with local know-how, Saad brings with him an unparalleled skillset that is highly valued in the real estate realm. This is especially evident in large, complex transactions. More specifically as it pertains to feasibility, valuation and investment analysis.
In addition to earlier achievements, Saad was most recently recognized as the "#1 Commercial Broker in 2016" at Brown Harris Stevens in Miami.
